Wireless Queuing System Display Signs

An electronic queuing system will assist in improving customer satisfaction by reducingwaiting times in banks, building societies, credit unions, restaurants, bistros, cafes etc. Upon entry to the office or shop, the customer can simply take a number from the ticket dispenser. The tickets are pre-printed in sequential order, and the customer waits until called by the next available server. These simple yet reliable systems efficiently direct customers to the next available service counter and while waiting in queue provide them with useful information. These systems are presently being used in banks, building societies, motor registries, cafes, clubs, bistros etc. throughout Australia.

A major advantage of this system is the wireless communication system, providing trouble free installation. Simply connect the keypad to any 240v power outlet, and the LED display also to a 240v power outlet and your ready to start. There's no need to run any cables between the keypad and the display. This new wireless version is available as a 3 digit display with 3 " (75mm) high seven segment LEDs. Each display board has a pleasant sounding chime with user adjustable volume control.

Numbers are called using the supplied 9 key mimic keypad that allows :

display of current number
call number + or - by one
fast + or - to any number
recall last number
flashing number when called
display on/off
set upper ticket limit
pause current service
selectable queue direction - count UP or DOWN
