SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Master Clock - The system master transmitter is the focal point of the system.  It obtains time updates from network time servers and/or from an optional wireless GPS receiver.  The time is then broadcast to all secondary devices once per second. The system supports multiple master clocks with multiple-simultaneous time sources for improved reliability. All master clocks broadcast the time simultaneously. NTP and GPS time sources may be used at the same time for a marked improvement in reliability. There is no single point of failure in this wireless time system.

Analog Wall Clocks - Are available in black plastic or brushed aluminum construction in two sizes, 12" and 15" diameter. An impact resistant polycarbonate lens is standard on every clock, and a security bracket and mounting hardware is included. No configuration is required, and they are available with 3 power options:

  • Battery operation that provides over five years of operation between battery changes. This eliminates the need for any wiring.
  • Low Voltage  operation using 7-28V AC or DC
  • Mains Power operation: 110V – 240V AC

Wireless GPS Time Receiver - The wireless GPS time receiver eliminates the need to run an antenna cable between the master clock and GPS receiver.  Additionally, the wireless GPS time receiver can provide time to any number of master clocks.

Wireless Relay/Audio Player/Tone Generator - This device receives commands from the master clock.  It is capable of activating a relay to control horns and bells, or it can interface with existing paging systems to provide audio alerts.  It includes recordings of over 70 alert tones, bells, horns and more.

Wall & Ceiling Repeaters - These devices can be used to provide continuous network coverage or to fill gaps in coverage.  The wall repeater simply plugs into a wall outlet and begins repeating time updates.  The ceiling repeater fits into a drop ceiling and needs to be connected to mains power. No configuration is required

Mini-Master - This important, multi-function tool is included with every master clock.  It can be used to confirm signal coverage, as an accurate time source for installing analog wall clocks, or as a temporary signal repeater.
